Issue 1: App Not Syncing Reports

  • If your reports are not syncing to the cloud, follow these steps to resolve the issue?

Solution:

  • “Step 1: Ensure your device is connected to the internet.

  • “Step 3: Restart the app and try again.
  • “Still not working? Clear the app cache from your device settings and re-login.”

Issue 2: App Crashing on Startup.
