Getting Started

How do I download and sign up?

You can download the BInspec app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Once downloaded, follow the simple on-screen steps to sign up and create your account.

We offer two subscription plans:

  • £30 per month

  • £300 per year (paid annually, saving £60 compared to monthly payments)

Features and Usage

  • After the free trial, continued use of the app requires a paid subscription.

  • Each subscription is valid for one account only.

  • BInspec is compatible with Android and iOS (Apple) devices.

  • The app is designed for easy reporting, inspection management, and on-site documentation with seamless functionality.

  • Regular updates and feature enhancements will ensure smooth performance and user experience.

Support and Troubleshooting

If you find any bugs or errors, these can be reported directly to our support team using the “Report Bug” section within the app.

If the app crashes or becomes unresponsive:

  1. Restart the app and clear the app cache.

  2. If the issue continues, reinstall the app.

  3. Still not working? Report the issue to our support team via the support email address provided.
